Dis-Chem Pharmacies requires a Trade Debtors Administrator at our Head Office in Midrand. You will be required to administrate all account queries and age analysis for the relevant Dis-Chem stakeholder and sending out account statuses on a monthly basis.
Minimum Requirements Essential : Grade 12 - Matric* 2 Year relevant experience*Advantageous : Relevant Finance Qualification*Job Specification Post deposits on SAP and allocate to the relevant account for clearing of the invoicing.
Send statements to Dis-Chem customers on a monthly basis via SAP.* Send account statuses to Dis-Chem customers on a monthly basis.
Manage age analysis and follow up on invoices which are aged between 60 days and older.* Manage the shared Debtors email account.
Handle accounts queries on a daily basis and resolve matters in the most efficient manner available.* Refer unresolved and complex account matters to the Debtors Manager.
Complete customer forms and open customer accounts on an adhoc basis.* Do invoicing when requested to do so by the Debtors Manager.
Send requests for deduction to Dis-Chem accounts payable and clear the invoices as per deduction done by the accounts payable person.
Collect all debt due to Dis-Chem via email and telephonic correspondence.* Establish and maintain a sound relationship with stores and customers and any other relevant Dis-Chem stakeholders to facilitate the effective management of accounts.
Ensure frequent communication with stores and customers and any other relevant Dis-Chem stakeholders both verbally and in writing regarding matters relating to accounts payable transactions act as liaison between debtors and vendors.
Assist customers with general queries as they come in or direct their queries to the relevant people if you are unable to assist them with the necessary information.
Keep accurate record of all account transactions for reference and auditing purposes. *Competencies Essential : Debtors Knowledge* English Read, write and speak well* Be able to read and interpret basic financial information* Trustworthy and Honest* Be self-motivated and deadline driven* Computer Skills Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
