Switchboard and presence at Front of Practice Attend to emails by responding timeously Ensure efficient management of all incoming calls, transferring calls, take correct, detailed messages where necessary and timeously share with relevant person Ability to remain calm / even-tempered with a sunny and welcoming disposition Impeccable telephone manner in terms of listening skill- making person on the other end feel understood and heard yet the EQ and professionalism to cut the call short politely in a non-abrupt fashion Administration of online bookings Management of diaries : securing appointments ensuring no clash of time and allowing for appropriate time frame Candidate Requirements : Respectful, punctual, professional and have the ability to be empathetic.
