Role Purpose : The Manager : Terminals Payment Acquiring position is based within the Financial Services Business Unit.The purpose of theManager : Terminals Payment Acquiringposition is to manage Acquiring Point of sale terminals throughout it's life cycle including stock control, warehousing, logistics, distribution, terminal activity, and reporting.

Your responsibilities will include : Stock Management : Managing to order, storing, and controlling inventory.Stock Control : Ensuring that appropriate amounts of stock are maintained, to be able to meet customer demand without delay while keeping the costs associated with holding stock to a minimum.

Distribution and logistics management : Managing the overall process of how a terminal is acquired, stored, and transported between different locations.

Lifecycle / Base management : Manage the terminal within its different statuses to obtain the maximum production, consumption / usage, and to reduce the risk of terminal losses.

Warehouse Management : Manage the day-to-day processes and operations of multiple warehouses and distributors.Quality Assurance : Performing regular quality checks on inventory to ensure all terminals are fit for use.

Consignment : Establish and management of a consignment strategy allowing terminals to be left in the possession of an authorized third party to sell.

Warranty Management : The ability to view, manage, access, and automatically tracking of terminal warranty to reduce loss of sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting : Create detailed reporting to enable decision-making and monitor progress.The ideal candidate for this role will have : Matric / Grade 12 is essential.

3 or 4 year Relevant Degree / Diploma is essential5 Years experience in terminal operations and management (or relevant experience) is essentialData tracking and analytical skillsExcellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to minimize overhead tasks for the team and manage interdependencies with other teams.

Experience with partner account management and relationship building.Inventory Control.Logistics and distribution management.

Experience in working with and presenting to senior leaders and executives with excellent oral and written communication skills.
