    We have the below vacancy available in our Organisation :

    The HBand Specialist : HR Reporting role is based within Human Resources Business Unit

    The role of thewill be responsible for building capability and tools to gather, analyse, store and report on HR Information to all relevant stakeholders.

    Key accountabilities include :

  • Continuous engagement of all relevant stakeholders to ensure improvement to Insights, Reports Dashboard offering aligned to EXX principles
  • Perform trend analysis of data to meet the needs of stakeholders (across HR, Business or Functional Leaders) and to aid in decision making
  • Manage the month-end HR Reporting process, provide support to the HRSSC Reporting team in providing Standard and Adhoc People Data Operational Reports to all stakeholders as per requirements
  • Support annual Survey activities both internally and externally driven
  • Core competencies :

  • Analytical and interpretive skills
  • The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications and in-depth knowledge and understanding :

  • Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
  • 3 year Degree or National Diploma (Essential)
  • Advanced Computer and MS Office skills especially MS Excel
  • working knowledge of the SAP System (desirable)
  • The base location for this role is Midrand, Corporate Park
