The role is responsible for managing, directing and developing the Training Operations Team and ensuring that all training logistics, data management and administration are performed for the smooth operation of the business.

The Operations Team is the engine room of the company and it is essential that this runs smoothly and efficiently.

While someone with a background in the training sector would be ideal, the right person with relevant skills and determiniation will be consdiered.

You will needa solid background in office management operations, staff management and client interaction. Strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to implement and oversee quality management is essential.

This is a high profile role and is an excellent career opportunity.

Matric; Relevant tertiary qualification; 10 years experience, with around 5 years in a management position. Cost to company package
