Oversee and report on the digital production process from concept to final product and reporting
Ensure both digital and print teams across the business, including sales teams, receive appropriate digital training
Lead through example and clear vision, decisiveness and fairness
Ensure that company policies are adhered to throughout the digital team
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE :
A National Senior Certificate
A clear criminal and credit record
An industry relevant tertiary qualification
8+ years of experience (Previously managed a department / team successfully)
Experience in E-commerce and / or monetizing digital audiences with positive results
An entrepreneurial spirit to identify and monetize commercial opportunities for AMP across all key digital platforms
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and social software
Enthusiasm and interest to investigate trends / new technologies relevant to AMP’s core and future business across website, mobile, online magazines & social media
The ability to be a fantastic people manager, trainer and mentor with the ability to draw out the best from colleagues across the business
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Written & verbal)
The ability to work to tight deadlines, multi-task, prioritize and handle a diverse and varying workload
Sound networking skills and be a dynamic coordinator, who can network and develop strong internal and external relationships
The ability to be decisive, proactive, motivated, enthusiastic, self-disciplined and a problem solver
The ability to pay attention to detail, utmost professionalism and discretion to be applied in reflecting the company profile
