  • The Global SAP Time Administrator supports the iPas TF (SAP) Time and related HR applications which are used for timesheet capture, approval, time management and reporting on all Hatch projects.
  • They have the responsibility to assist users, trouble shoot and take on tasks in order to ensure the time related applications continue to operate in an efficient manner that supports Hatch projects and corporate requirements.
  • They are responsible for problem ownership and resolution, combined with superior customer satisfaction and service level attainment, for any support requests around the time-related systems.

  • The Global SAP Time Administrator also provides weekly and monthly execution of Time-related reporting, exception management and error resolution, and follow up to resolve any time-related issues.
  • The Global SAP Time Administrator works together with other members of the SAP support team to support Hatch users on every continent and must be flexible as to working hours, including working hour overlap with the North American time zones.
  • As the successful candidate, you will :

  • Assist users with day-to-day issues and provide first level support by identifying and resolving system problems.
  • Responsible for problem management activities such as issue resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Investigate time anomalies including system timesheet error messages
  • Work closely with SAP Functional Team to troubleshoot user and system issues.
  • Complete weekly monitoring of time approval process, escalating issues or concerns through proper business channels to the business, and recommending action items for completion.
  • Troubleshoot, audit, and maintain Time Data of Hatch employees globally, on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure reports on missing, unapproved and rejected time are sent out timeously each week
  • Maintain global automatic Missing Time jobs and emails, including adjustment of timing based on changes for daylight savings time changes
  • Perform system audits to ensure the integrity of Time Data
  • Follow up missing regional time and unreleased time with users
  • Support users with time processing applications including processing of larger time transfers and posting time to projects.
  • Adhere to the governance rules around bulk time transfers and, where needed, communicate these to the users.

  • Create and maintain technical documents, including documentation of Time configuration and test scripts.
  • Support SAP system testing when upgrades and enhancements impact Time functionality or require Time data for testing.
  • Enable process improvements by understanding all aspects of the Hatch Global Time process and proposing options to improve efficiency and integrity.
  • Provide analysis and assistance to business owners and Internal Business Team Members regarding the implementation of new requirements.

  • You bring to the role :

    Skills and Experience

  • BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science or similar Diploma
  • At least 2 years of experience in a business environment where revenue recognition is based on SAP timesheets
  • Expert user in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented, self-starter, capable of working independently and within a team environment to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem solving / analytical skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances or requirements
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience in support, use or configuration of SAP ECC6 CATS
  • Experience in PowerBI or other analytical reporting tool
  • Experience in SAP BW reporting
  • Familiarity with Consulting, Engineering or Construction industries
