Basic Requirements : - Grade 12 (please attach a certified copy of certificate) Administration related qualification will be an added advantage.

Telephone Skills Responsibilities : Answer and direct phone calls. Issue out and monitor payment of invoices. Assist in the coordination of MANCO meetings and reports.
Carry out administrative duties, i.e. filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, petty cash etc. Maintain computer and manual filing systems Order office supplies.
Make Travel arrangements. Prepare Admin related reports. Perform Secretariat duties (capture minutes of meetings). Coordinate office procedures.
