Our client, a leader in augmented identity has a phenomenal opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales individual within the solutions-

selling arena to add value to their business and join their dynamic team. Main Responsibilities Include Leading the solutions sales process.

Participating in RFP / RFI responses, presentations and commercial proposals by providing detailed product information, solution value argumentation.

Meet customers and guide them into purchasing the companies solutions digital products and solutions. Self-motivated individual who can generate new business and preferably has a network in financial institutions and mobile operators in the SEA (Southern and Eastern Africa) Revenue Targets : Overall, responsible for ensuring that order booking and other sales target are met.

Internal stakeholder Management : Work collaboratively to drive efficiencies with internal teams of the organization (Product & Presales teams, Account Managers, Delivery organization etc) and create win-

win situations while handling customer engagement on the ground. Drive the definition of solutions for prospects and customers : Understand the technical requirements of the project Get a good knowledge of the companies off-

the-shelf solutions and use this know how to define the most suited architecture corresponding to the customer's needs. Define the solutions and system architecture during the pre-

  • bid phase, taking into account the Product Line proposals as well as customer's needs. Contribute to the development of technical business for new solutions or services (based on the field feedback) Demonstrate strong product knowledge and ability to articulate our value proposition;
  • ability to coach other team members Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

    MBA is preferred. Minimum of six to eight years’ experience in direct selling of complex technical solutions in the Banking and Mobile Network Operators with track record for solution selling Technical Skills A strong understanding of digital identity, payment solutions, connectivity and associated technologies An understanding of the technical, workflow and business ecosystem of solutions Familiarity with local region markets and regulations of SEA (Southern and Eastern Africa) Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
