Check computer hardware (HDD, mouse, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality Install and configure appropriate software / APP.
Work closely with with the IT System Administrator to meet company needs Help assist with facility maintenance including but not limited to aircons, chairs, printers, servers, clocking systems etc Loading news staff and removing terminated staff from clocking system.
PBX system, DIX IVR and Aircall IVR maintenance Adding new users to all above mentioned relevant systems. Working Hours : Working hours are set to match UK working hours.

Ability to troubleshoot desktop and network problems (routers, switches LAN & Wireless), must have the ability to do necessary upgrading servicing on software or hardware Setting up and installing of new pcs (desktop & laptops) for users : Installation of software for all peripherals used in the company (printers, scanners, etc.
Creation of user accounts and access to software applications You will be required to work on a day to day basis with the end users on all department levels, good communication skills (English) is required.
Excellent knowledge of google mail, word, drive, excel etc Experience working on Google server environments Must be able to work with Lunux, and windows based operating systems.
Must know how to do traceroute pings to determine any issues on the network Should be able to do winsock resets and other CMD troubleshooting ,methods Must have knowledge about virtual machines and the setup of such machines Needs to know POP3,IMAP and SMTP settings Needs to know LInphone and Zoiper applications for our VoIP system and how to configure Needs to be able to edit call recordings and make changes to audio if needed Needs to understand and manage office 365 office suite and manage passwords and configurations for users.
Very good understanding of MikroTik firewall router and configuration Need to be able to remove viruses, malware, adware and ransomware Need to be able to put firewall rules in place to prevent cyber attacks or prevent data from being leaked or stolen Need to be familiar with Teamviewer and Anydesk Need to be able to import data to hostcomm dialer.
