The role serves as the primary marketing interface with Cisco by acting as the NTT advocate and marketing subject matter expert for the partnership.
It interfaces and works through a variety of roles within the Group and regional organizations, including Marketing, Sales, and Alliances.
This is a key role within the Revenue Marketing team , requiring the job holder to be market driven and have a good understanding of NTT’s collaboration, networking, data center and security capability.
This role encompasses partnership value proposition development and highly targeted sales enablement and marketing programs to build sales pipeline.
Working at NTT Joint partner marketing strategy Develop a strategic marketing plan to translate strategic business objectives into executable marketing programs and tactics.
Drive growth and communication plans and programs aligned to the partnership’s business objectives drive the global joint go-to-market plan focus on differentiated solutions / services positioning.
maintenance of branding, digital platforms and supporting collateral Joint strategic investment agreements Develop and manage the joint global strategic investment agreements to meet business, marketing and sales objectives.
Drive awareness of the joint programme / value proposition, as well as in-region demand generation to drive pipeline. Enabling our mutual teams to articulate the benefits of these initiatives and ensuring that the agreed deliverables are met.
Track, measure and report on the ROI, and financial aspects of these agreements. Sales enablement Work with the Sales Enablement function to develop collateral, tools and programmes (aligned to global initiatives) that will equip the NTT, as well as partner sales organizations to sell together.
Understand what partner-developed training materials, systems and tools are accessible to NTT, and how to utilise these, where applicable.
Partnership communication Develop and execute a communications plan and cadence into both organizations that will : Keep the partnership top of mind in both organizations Develop and manage structured communication and engagement plan.
Communications and thought leadership programs Drive both strategic and tactical brand-building opportunities, in the form of : Case studies Social media Joint thought leadership Budgetary management Develop and manage the allocated marketing budget, partner funding, and ensures that all marketing initiatives are delivered within budget.
Reporting and metrics Ownership of ROI metrics / measurement, i.e. key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting, of joint marketing activities against agreed ROI, initiatives and joint successes as outlined in the marketing plan.
Behavioural skills The Senior Marketing Manager displays excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to interact with a variety of internal teams at different levels in the organisation.
