The main function of this job is to acquire leads and generating sales for Fibre to the Home as well as seeking opportunities for new business
Ensuring you perform against your allocated sales targets
Required execution in line with requirements to ensure that sales are driven.
All objectives met in line with company policy and procedure that will ensure optimisation of sales
Reporting and communicating
Client Relationships- maintain visible productive relationships with all clients & stakeholders (internal, external & 3rd party)
Door to Door sales
Analyse client feedback to identify, evaluate and anticipate client satisfaction levels and concerns
Ensure that opportunities for improvements to the client experience are actioned and measured
Actively involved in the promotional activity within the region
