Alexander Forbes is looking for a Junior Change Administrator to change Management in this context is to ensure that International best practise frame work is used for deploying I.

T. System Changes, which includes standardized methods and procedures for efficient and prompt handling of all changes to controlled IT infrastructure, ensuring minimised Impact of incidents

Required experience

  • At least 1-2 years experience in IT service delivery
  • Some IT certification or diploma
  • Knowledge of MicroSoft Word, Excel, Visio, outlook an advantage
  • Key Performance Area

  • Manage the full Lifecycle of a Change Request
  • Manage calls within SLA and close calls timeously ensuring calls do not exceed 30 days on the Age Analyses
  • Manage the Risk and Impact of each Change Request by engaging with Functional teams and conducting detailed technical Analysis
  • Manage the Policy and Procedures documents in line with process maturity and I.T best practise frame work
  • Mature best practise framework by contributing value Add ideas into the Service Improvement program
  • Participate in All Auditing session and provide Evidence of good Change Management governance
  • Chair weekly Change Advisory Board meetings, Document the discussions and distribute the notes
  • Assist with the compilation of the Daily and Weekly Production changes schedule
  • Assist with the compilation monthly CARE report
  • Share skill / provide system training to new joiners and those who require general system assistance with
  • Assist users and Requesters with queries on their RFC s
