Well established Hotel based along the Wild Coast of the Eastern Cape, is seeking a Sous Chef to join their dynamic team.
Note : a culinary portfolio (plated dishes) required on application
Applicants will be required to execute a meal on site with the assistance of the kitchen staff to showcase skills for the interview!
Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Full board and lodgings will be included.
This position may be better suited to single applicants with no children, due to working and living out of town on the remote premises.
