Remuneration and Benefits Manager needed for a leading Engineering company in Johannesburg!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Remuneration and Benefits Manager to provide Remuneration & Benefits services to Business Units, identify improvement areas, write new policies and processes, coordinate year-round market research relating to compensation and benefits & analyse trends and make recommendations, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensure the integrity and ongoing maintenance of HR employee-data and generate and analyse cost-drivers monthly reports to identify trends.
Ideally you will have a BComm. and have SAP Payroll experience. A minimum of 8 years experience in a similar environment is essential.
