Job Description :
Key Responsibility Areas :
Ensuring all client interaction meets the relevant quality standards in place
Provide professional update to client on status of situation and ensure only relevant information is disclosed
Respond to customer queries and resolve successfully or escalate where needed
To deliver an efficient and effective service to both internal and external clients at all time
Understand personal development areas and achieve development / improvement results
Respond to and action every alarm signal received or customer phoning in, in accordance with relevant policies, QA, SOPs and SLAs
Job Requirements :
Educational Requirements & experience needed :
At least 1 years’ experience in a security / emergency control room; customer care / service or call center environment.
Computer literate in MS Office 2000; thorough geographical knowledge of South Africa.
Personal Attributes :
Patience; Attention to detail; Ability to work under extreme pressure; Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written;
must be able to work shifts and work well in a Team environment.
