Vision Elevators is a local elevator company with offices based in Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg.

Job Description

Service Coordination and administration in relevant Branch

Ensure prompt logging and dispatching of all calls to technicians

Ensure all close dispatched previous day is closed off

Ensure the scheduling of service, callouts, and repairs with technicians

Client liaison - ensure all client needs are met, escalate if you cannot resolve the issue

Ensuring tech reports and requisitions are submitted timeously

Ensure Annex Inspections is arranged and technician completes Items

Ensure Annex CR reports are laminated and given to technician to place onsite

Arrangements / Appointments made between techs and clients

Client queries - ensuring correct reporting both telephonically and via email

Email monthly services, callout, and repair reports to clients when requested

Monthly callback reports to clients as per client request

Weekly invoicing

SAP Alerts to monitor daily

Manual Capture of reports on SAP

Housekeeping / Filing

Back-up to reception when needed


Experience and knowledge of SAP highly beneficial. Preference will be given to candidates with SAP experience.

Experience and knowledge of Google docs, sheets and other applications highly beneficial

Ability to work well under pressure is key to this position

Ability to multi task is key to this position

Qualifications in administrative positions highly desirable

Additional Information

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : R10 000 - R13 000 depending on experience and ability
