The successful applicant would report to the Ops Manager. Duties and ResponsibilitiesEffectively manage the daily administration function within the Distribution CentreAssist and support managers with Purchase requisitions, goods receipt process, purchase orders and all procurement related adminEnsure the correct issuing and management of Petty cashEnsure that the ISO : documentation is maintained and applied correctlyResponsible for the co-ordination of the ISO audits and changes to documentationInvolvement in preparation of budgets and forecasts, including monthly co-ordination of Opex spends and variance analysisAssist managers with the preparation of budgets and forecasts in terms of the guidelinesResponsible for ensuring that all monthly spends are allocated correctlyAssist in the Depot with regards to ICCs and stocktakesAbility to co-ordinate the monthly variance report after obtaining and evaluating the reasons for the variancesEnsure that distribution cents per litre is contained through continual investigation and improvement of asset utilisationPerform Distribution centre Capex and abnormal maintenance functionEffectively co-ordinate the monthly internal audit function for the Distribution centreEffectively administer Customs and Excise Accounts (Where applicable)Stock take preparation and data capturingImproving business processes to ensure achievements of Business ObjectivesPerformance ManagementQualifications and ExperienceValid Matric certificateA relevant 1 - 2 Year Diploma or Degree / Advanced National Certificate in Administration or FinanceMinimum 6 Months of relevant experience in FMCG Logistics / Distribution EnvironmentComputer literacy in MS Office, SAP, Success FactorsExperience meeting tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills (both written and oral) and sound presentation skillsThe ability to work weekends, after hours, public holidays and / or shifts if necessaryShould be willing to be cover for other roles within the branchHow to ApplyClick on the link below to apply View more information
