So Paulo, BRJune 10, As the Head of Broking and Broking Strategy for H&B LATAM, you will be responsible for driving the overall broking strategy and carrier management strategy.

You will report to the Head of H&B LATAM and the Global Head of H&B Broking and Broking Strategy. You will be responsible for the following : Establishing and executing the H&B carrier management strategy across LatAmWorking with Operations and Technology you will support and lead the teams in efforts to modernize the placement and renewal processes across LatAm and establishing a prioritization process to address the largest markets initiallyWorking with the insurance carriers and local teams to establish a value proposition for the carriers that will increase WTWs MDI revenueWorking with the insurance carriers to find more efficient ways of partnering together, including areas such as data ingestion and direct connectivityManagement of the LatAm Market Derived Income (MDI) including increasing this revenue year over yearIdentify opportunities to drive more value to the insurance carriers such as data analytics that will increase revenue to WTWOverseeing implementation of the standard operating model for placement and renewal work, maximizing the use of the Global Benefits Shared Service Centers, automating the process, and reorganizing teams to establish dedicated placement teams where applicableMember of the H&B LatAm Leadership Team : Working with the region leaders to execute H&Bs business plan, with a focus on H&B priorities and initiatives, as well as cross-LOB perspectives.

Oversee all vendor relationships and source relationships in the market for H&B, ensuring terms, conditions and financial arrangements maximize value to H&BRepresenting H&B in the Broking and Broking Strategy community coordinating with the Risk and Broking segment to collaborate on common goals Key FeaturesExcellence Manage the overall placement strategy ensuring that WTW is performing according to our Excellence standards People Display strong leadership and people management skillsWork in a collaborative manner demonstrating the Willis Towers Watson values Clients Manage the WTW H&B Carrier Management strategy in collaboration with Global Head of Broking and Broking StrategyDirectly manage the carrier relationship of top 10 to 15 carriers across the regionIdentify ways to leverage effective carrier relationships by maximizing the potential of the WTW H&B portfolio of business.

  • Develop opportunities to grow and increase pipelines for current and future business opportunitiesDemonstrate a strong commercial ability to leverage from deep knowledge of the employee benefits marketConnect across all areas of H&B to identify opportunities for maximizing external relationships to bring value to our clients Financial Manage the LatAm H&B Market Derived Income revenue with year over year growth expectations to be established annuallyWork with teams to define appropriate delivery models in order to implement efficient and effective placement protocolsWork closely with the LatAm H&B leadership team along with counterparts in the Risk and Broking segment to drive growth and profitability The Requirements Strong understanding of the placement / broking process familiarity with marketing, placement and related processes is criticalAbility to evaluate and identify areas for process improvement, make recommendations on template development, evaluate performance against established metricsOversee key relationships and steer operations of the placement processExtensive experience directing and managing carrier partnership initiatives across multiple internal functionsDemonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with colleagues at various levelsAbility to travel as needed (up to 50%)Influence and direct stakeholders internally and externallyBachelors Degree strongly preferred;
