Responsible for developing and implementing a Group wide learning strategy, framework and policy to build an effective learning culture across the business for current and future needs of the business.

Responsible for identifying development gaps and sourcing or designing solutions to enable effective competency development to support leadership development strategies and solutions that are aligned with the broader Talent Management strategy of the organisation.

Responsible for managing the overall skills development plan, L&D reporting and the learning management system. Serve as the day-to-day Learning & Development point of contact for the Corporate Centre.
