  • Job Picture* A leading manufacturer of pre-Cast concrete products has been a leader in the industry for many years. The company is in the process of re-branding their offering to a new market that is emerging partly out of the current Covid19 situation but is also relevant to the up and coming generations Outdoor Living Spaces.
  • It is also separating the companys offering and market from others in the Group. *Expected Key Performance Areas*

  • Implementing the Brand Strategy.
  • Planning and executing all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
  • Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain the product branding.
  • Managing the brand marketing budget.
  • Interpreting, analysing and reporting competitor insights analysis.
  • Analysis, measurement and reporting on marketing project outcomes. *Skills : *
  • Have a relevant Marketing qualification
  • Be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix.
  • Have a sense for and an interest in the Home Decor / Outdoor Living Spaces market
  • Be able to describe how they have used Social Media to market their brands.
  • Microsoft Office competent
  • Proficient typist
  • Proficient in reading and writing
  • Be able to describe how they measure and report successes and failures to their brand strategy.
  • Advanced communication skills. *Experience : *
  • Be able to describe where they have upheld Social contracts and agreements with staff and suppliers
  • A track record as an implementer of Brands
  • Be able to describe where they have interpreted the responses from the market / seen the bigger picture and managed their brand strategy around this.
  • Have mentored and supervised junior staff
  • A track record of dealing with day to day marketing issues.
  • A track record of getting out into the market and meeting customers on site.
  • Character : *
  • Be passionate about communication.
  • Be detail oriented.
  • Analytical and creative.
  • Flexibility in their thinking with the ability to change gear and remain focussed on the bigger picture.
  • Demonstrate maturity and objectivity in dealing with Licensees that have been using a specific set of marketing concepts for years.
  • Demonstrate clarity in their own conceptual base that can be communicated and transferred to the leadership when necessary.
  • Demonstrate practical creativity based on real concepts.
