Johannesburg North - To co-ordinate and manage the financial affairs of .Responsibility for management and statutory financial reporting for all operating entities, dormant entities and funding SPVs in the Group.

Financial reporting This includes timely preparation and review of monthly reporting. Monthly reporting of Departmental and Project development spend.

Development of Operational forecasts and budgets which are then compared to Actual with commentary on variances. Preparation and management of the external audit process and relationship, both in SA and in-country.

Management of subsidiaries and holding companies outside of South Africa Financial reporting controls Custodian of key financial reporting controls to ensure compliance with IFRS and mitigate other risks.

Provide technical opinions. Financial analysis Analysis of key financial metrics to support management in making operational decisions Accounts payable Functional management of creditors : Ensure suppliers are reconciled and reviewed.

Ensure that suppliers are paid based on the internal controls set out by the company. Compliance Compliance with, but not limited to : IFRS, Income Tax Act, VAT Act, Companies Act and SARB regulations and requirements.

Best Corporate Governance practices. Stakeholder engagement Engagement with both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, ability to structure and deliver accurate and detailed reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Accounting ERP system Maintenance and day to day management of the ERP system. This includes development of management reports out of the ERP as well as the development of a consolidation process that streamlines this function.

The company is looking at implementing a new ERP in 2020. Banking Manage the companies banking platforms, per the applicable Group company’s DOA.

Build and maintain relationships with the banking service providers. Company policies Develop and implement company policies.

This will include formally documenting, maintaining and enforcing these policies. These policies need to be correctly and consistently applied.

Risk management Be able to identify and manage these risks and / or report to senior management.
