  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned and new customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with customers

  • Visit customers to identify and evaluate product needs

  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client needs

  • Prepare monthly , quarterly and annual sales forecast
  • Provide monthly production forecast
  • Ensure timeous availability of stock to customers
  • Provide product support to customers
  • Deal with customer complaints immediately and effectively
