Senior Employee Relations Manager needed for a leading mining company in Gauteng!This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior ER Manager that will be managing the activities of Labour Relations and Occupational Health within the HRD to ensure optimum performance and productivity as well as to advise, guide and develop strategy, policy and procedure in these areas and to ensure communication and implementation throughout the company.
Also to develop and implement employee relations strategies, operational policies and compliance to the prescribed legislation.
Ideally you will have a B Degree in Human Resources Management or Labour Relations and preferably 7 years experience in a mining environment.
