Minimum Requirements Qualification(s) and Experience : National Diploma in Built Environment / Commerce / Human Sciences at NQF 6 with 240 Credits 3 Years Minimum related experience in Contract administration or Engineering and Construction Contract or Project Administration Skills and Competencies Behavioural : Resilience and flexibility Dealing with complexity Decision making Leadership : Achievement orientated Business Acumen Customer orientation Communication and engagement Integrity and values Knowledge : Contract Management Quantity Surveying Project Management Supplier Management Construction Management Tender Evaluation Understanding of NEC / FIDIC contracts Commercial and supplier chain Skills : Analysis / judgement / problem solving skills Client Focus Teamwork / collaboration Negotiation Planning and organising Key Responsibilities Provide contracts administration services during the project life cycle and contracts duration Advise as contract specialist for and on behalf of project managers and contracts management section Support contracts manager in contractor communication and performance management of contracts Participate and support the procurement process, evaluation and advise on procurement and contracting strategies Provide contract administration support and advice throughout the project, procurement and contract lifecycle Communication safety, health, environment, risk, quality (SHERQ) and technical contractual requirements Interested candidates can send their CV
