Ideal opportunity for an HR Manager that can lead this department forward alongside the Management team in order to create, monitor and sustain policies and procedures around the HR and payroll processing for the company.

Requirements :

  • HR qualification - Diploma or Certificate
  • Experience in HR
  • Strong IR skills
  • Ability to manage all staff issues, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practice
  • Excellent communicator
  • Duties :

  • Compile Employee Reports and Policies and procedures
  • Processing of Payroll and Provident fund
  • Process, Verify and Maintain Personnel Documentation
  • Manage all leave requests
  • Assist in arranging training
  • Manage risk by being compliant with RSA about laws
  • Manage staff issues
