So if you are an ambitious mid-level Art Director or Copywriter,this could the job for you.Ideally hiring as a team would be best, but hiring individually and pairing up would also work.
What will you be doing?Interrogate briefs and strategy before working with them.Conceptualising and producing campaigns.Consistently producing ideas and campaigns on brief, on time and across any media.
Simultaneously manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (creative, client services and strategy) to develop the best possible creative ideas that hits all criteria (client briefs, feedback, client KPIs).
Must be able to confidently present your work to all levels - from senior client service, creative leaders (CDs) and clients.
What do the ideal candidates have? : 7years+- experience in a creative agency or similar environment.A portfolio of previous success with proven ability to develop award-winning creative concepts, copy and design from social to TVC.
Proficient in Adobe packages - well expect you to be able to execute some ideas, as well as conceptualise (we are all makers as well as thinkers).
A love for all things social, digital and creative, with a keen interest in new platforms, technologies and innovation across the ad industry and the creative landscape.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with the wider team.Calm when working under pressure.Ability to produce work to a high standard quickly and professionally with attention to detail.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership and a commitment to delivering best practice.
