Matric (Grade 12)

Solid understanding and experience with troubleshooting (preferably with tech / mobile products)

Computer literacy

Great communication skills with a clear and precise telephone etiquette

Ability to work well under pressure and meet performance targets

Excellent customer service skills, and a positive customer-centric attitude
