  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Solid understanding and experience with troubleshooting (preferably with tech / mobile products)
  • Computer literacy
  • Great communication skills with a clear and precise telephone etiquette
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet performance targets
  • Excellent customer service skills, and a positive customer-centric attitude
