Duties & Responsibilities

Graduate Recruitment

  • Development of the strategy and budget
  • Management of all key stakeholders both internal and external
  • Event and timeline of university events management
  • Brand management
  • Evaluation of the end to end process year on year and providing feedback to Head of HR with recommendations to improve
  • End to end graduate recruitment
  • Senior Recruitment

  • Expansion of the current process and strategy
  • Headhunting, and pipeline development
  • End to end recruitment
  • Evaluation of the end to end process year on year and providing feedback to Head of HR with recommendations to improve
  • Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum 3-year degree in a relevant field (HR related)
  • Honours degree is preferable
  • A minimum of 4 years prior work experience at a grad and senior level within the IT / consulting sector
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work on conflicting deadlines simultaneously
  • Team player
