Key responsibilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all of the clients within your client portfolio.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with more than one stakeholder.

Develop trusted advisor relationships with your main point of contact as well as individuals on their senior management teams.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients needs and objectives.

Clearly communicate the progress of daily / monthly / quarterly initiatives to both the client and all the relevant stakeholders.

Forecast and track key clients KPIs to ensure we deliver what the client requires.

Prepare reports on account status.

Collaborate with teams within Rogerwilco to identify possible growth opportunities for your clients.

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Support client service team by filling in holes / seeking gaps for assistance.


Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Account Executive.

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.

A certification in digital marketing management preferred.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Datastudio etc.

Strong computer skills in Microsoft and / or Google Suite.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Solid organisational and time management skills.
