  • assist with reservations & enquiries
  • daily sales reporting
  • reception & front desk functions
  • sales & marketing functions
  • database administration & emailing
  • admin & office functions check on housekeeping & quality control procedures Experience Required :
  • minimum 3 years working experience as PA / Receptionist Essential Skills & Qualifications required :
  • matric certificate
  • relevant tertiary qualification
  • positive, happy, friendly, confident, clear voice for answering the phones
  • excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • excellent attention to detail
  • excellent arithmetic ability
  • computer literate MS Word; Excel & Outlook
  • contributing team player
  • must be self-motivated & resourceful
  • valid driver’s license
  • own transport preferred must be creative with social media experience
