Black Pen Recruitment is looking for a Senior Recruiter / Head Hunter for high-end position to join our team in Cape Town.

Our client is an international company in Europe and we need to place daily Developers in EMEA countries . If you are sales driven, absolutely hungry for money and want to earn a great basic plus a extremely good commission, then this is the perfect job for you.

Salary : Basic plus Commission


  • Superior closing skills.4 years experience in recruiting higher position (Finance, Tech- recruitment, Marketing and Manager Positions)
  • Extremely tech savy
  • International work experience
  • Very strong headhunting skills
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
  • 4 years of Sales (Outbound sales experience)
  • Driven and hungry for money
  • International Recruitment experience is desired
  • Fully computer literate (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Analytical and Problem Solving competence : Ability to analyse and interpret information accurately.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Ability to clearly communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders within and outside the organisation
  • Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement.
  • Accountable : Professional approach to quality, time, costs and deadlines.
  • Ambitious : Committed to constantly learning and adding value.
  • Proactive : An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
  • Adaptable : Responsive to changing business needs and critical last minute deadlines.
