Very strong headhunting skills
Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
4 years of Sales (Outbound sales experience)
Driven and hungry for money
International Recruitment experience is desired
Fully computer literate (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Analytical and Problem Solving competence : Ability to analyse and interpret information accurately.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Ability to clearly communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders within and outside the organisation
