To acquire and develop a lucrative client base through a proactive approach
Ensure to grow and maintain your relationship with the clients you acquired
Actively Identify sales opportunities through your network
Identify suitable candidates to market them to existing or prospective clients
Make sure to maintain a pool of highly skilled, assessed and referenced candidates to meet the recruitment needs of our new and existing clients
Take part in negotiating fees with new clients
Relationship management to both clients and candidates throughout the life of an assignment and beyond
Develop client relationships to ensure they receive the best service and maximize business opportunity
Ensure meeting revenue targets on a monthly basis
Skills & Experience :
0 - 2 years sales experience
Highly motivated and driven to succeed attitude
Qualification : Grade 12
Bachelors degree, highly advantageous
