Posted at 10 : 48h in by Administrative Officer The TES employee(s) will be responsible for the following function / work In-depth analysis of various data sources pertinent to the asset management function, liaison with all role-players with a view to addressing deficiencies that compromise audit readiness and producing evidence-led reports on same, including : 1.
Drive to report for the following purposes : a) Barcoding new assets and re-barcodingof damaged or fallen barcodes. b) Verification c) Numbering of rooms 2.
Performing various reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and submitting reports. 3. Get information / documentation from relevant stakeholders 4.
Verify users of assets and link them. 5. Administrative duties associated with insurance claims, condemnations, and theft losses.
6. Filling of documentation. Qualifications : Grade 12 Experience : Up to 5 years proven relevant experience Other skills / requirements : 1.
Microsoft Excel- Advanced2. Microsoft Word3. Sharepoint knowledge4. Code B or EB Driver’s Licence with 3 year’s driving experience
