Minimum requirements :

  • 3+ years working experience with salaries & wages on payrolls sized 20 to 500+ employees
  • General Ledger knowledge
  • IRP5 submissions experience and knowledge
  • PaySpace / Sage VIP or Cloud payroll experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Solid understanding of legislation pertaining to payroll
  • Payroll Best practice knowledge
  • Accounting background will be beneficial
  • Working Hours : 9am to 5pm (flexi hours offered)
  • Must have good internet access for remote work at home
  • Duties will be, but not limited to :

  • Preparing and accurately processing the entire payroll cycle; from capturing new employees, loading / maintaining all earnings, deductions & benefits up to termination
  • Thorough reconciliations of benefits and payrolls
  • CSV file creation
  • Maintaining proper document control
  • Generating and preparing reports according to each client
  • General ledger processing
  • Assist with payroll queries
  • Assist in annual audits
  • Annual IRP5 submissions
  • Keep abreast of the latest legislation
  • Assisting with client queries
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met with accuracy
