Position available immediately.
Must be able to work flexible hours. Planning and Organisational skills .Articulate and able to communicate on all level Desired Work Experience : 5 Years Safety & Security Desired Qualification Level : Grade 12 / Matric.
Grade B Valid Clearance certificate. Valid Firearm Competency certificate. Valid drivers licence Code 10 .
Supervise and guide security officers
Maintaining daily records
Familiar with locations
Regularly patrol and spot-check premises
Assisting Security Manager in handling incidents
Conduct emergency response drills
Investigations and interviews
Daily physical hazard / safety inspections
Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems
Assist visitors / employees during emergencies
Gather information and complete reports, and Maintain confidentiality
Defuse disturbances by company policies and procedures
Handle all interruptions and complaints
Escort unwelcome persons from the property
Assist management in training
Motivating and coaching employees
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
support team to reach common goals
Risk assessment of asset
