Main Job Purpose :
To provide an administrative & support function to assignees, clients, business and the department on payrolling & associated software used by the Client and its subsidiaries.
Key Performance Areas
Ensure all Company policies, procedures and practices are effectively maintained and adhered to.
Assist with onboarding of companies into the existing payrolling and associated systems of the Client and its subsidiaries.
Assist with support and training requirements for software used by the Client and its subsidiaries.
Assist in engagement with various stakeholders involved in the payroll process to improve efficiency and save costs.
Assist with payroll support as and when required.
Assist with identifying opportunities for efficiency within the payroll
Assist with conducting assessments as required to improve the payroll process i.e. assessing the T&A systems in order integrate directly into their payroll system.
Provide support to existing and new time and attendance software clients / users.
Setting up of time and attendance software to enable accurate import of time and attendance data into the payrolling system.
Manage and prioritize service technician’s call outs.
Prepare quotes for business and external clients.
Daily importing of client logs from the time and attendance software.
Ensure that all hours are captured correctly on the time and attendance software.
Conduct and ensure successful enrolments of assignees on a site.
Ensure that all assignees clocking information is accurately captured.
Raise any concerns with the Biometric systems on site to management.
Ensure that all assignees are familiar with the biometric usage procedure.
Provide accurate export files and signed reports to the Payroll Department.
Provide daily time and attendance reports to clients and management.
Perform general administration and filing tasks as and when required.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with the following software Time and attendance softwareClocking systems / Biometrics
Advanced knowledge and understanding of : Microsoft ExcelPayrolling EnvironmentBio-metric Systems relating to Time & Attendance management
