We are now in search of a well spoken and organized Front Office Manager for a luxurious award winning property lcoated 3 hours outside of Cape Town.

The ideal candidate must have a huge PERSONALITY!!!SALARY : R17K - Live inMinimum

Requirements

A degree or diploma in Hospitality an advantageExperience in a management role in a or 5 star property within the Front Office departmentExcellent communication skillsKnowledge of OPERA and MICROSFully computer literate in MS Word and ExcelAbility to handle pressure & multi-taskExcellent attention to detailKey Responsibilities : Responsible to operate within the policies and procedures as set out in the operating manualOversee cash procedures on a daily basis and ensures adherence to company standardsConduct arrival and departure audits in all areas of the Front OfficeTo train staff as and when necessaryTo competently handle any industrial relations issues within the front office departmentProvide updated room availability and rate informationEnsure that housekeeping discrepancy reports are resolvedGenerate variance reportsFulfill any special requests and ensure special room assignments are completed for individual and group arrivalsTo assist the Financial Controller in producing budget figures for the department and ensuring that costs are kept within budgeted levelsIf you meet all the above requirements and are ready for the next step in your career, then we would love to hear from you.
