Job Description : A quality manufacturer in the Construction Industry has an opportunity for an individual with a clear and pleasant telephone diction and Grade 12 level mathematical literacy.
This person will : Take all calls from potential customers. Understand the Sales strategy and marketing picture. Listen carefully to the customers requirements and advise on product.
Ensure customers feel welcome and find out what is important for them (each person has a different value system; draw out their value system).
Advise customers on our products, prices, stock availability, importance of installation, maintenance & design. Respond to any leads and / or questions from customers in the same day.
Receive, process & capture orders accurately. Remain abreast of progress of orders until completion and keep your order book clean.
Have a proper filing system in place regards to outlook and orders placed. Maintain relationships with customers; Aftersales is required.
Deal with Client queries immediately. Credits and refunds are part of this. Involve your manager if needed. Assist with invoicing and your colleagues when needed.
Know the internal workings of the business as a whole. Understand all products, applications and applicable standards such as SANS1058, 927, etc.
Understand all installation standards such as 1200MJ, 1200MK, etc. Understand the maintenance of the products and be able to offer solutions to customers.
Will know and understand the Company's Warranties and Terms and Conditions. Stick to the right procedures and processes.
Report problems. Keep the front desk area neat & tidy. Education & Skills Matric (maths literacy must be good) Verbal and written English fluent Other Requirements Proactive, energetic & friendly.
