The ideal individual for this role will function as the first Line Manager of the department, ensuring the smooth running thereof.
In addition, it will be their purpose to check and monitor the quality inputs and outputs, as well as to manage staff and workflow.
The main responsibilities of this role will include amongst others : * Preparation of monthly financial results* Examination and sign off of accounts payable* Management of premium allocation* Review of all reconciliations* Implementation and monitoring of adherence to internal processes, policies and procedures* Cash management This contract role requires solid previous experience.
