Minimum requirements :

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Relevant Financial degree
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Must be able to prepare income statements, trial balances, and monthly management accounts
  • Experience dealing with payroll administration and management, including PAYE, UIF, SDL and leave
  • This position includes the following duties :
  • banking, including trust account administration
  • information technology
  • human resources management
  • administration and compliance, including SARS (income tax and VAT)
  • premises management
  • managing the firms audit and auditor
  • B-BBEE status monitoring
  • preparation of client statements and collections
  • preparing monthly debtors age analysis
  • ad hoc queries from clients and staff
