Exams Administrator ( JB1282)
To assist the head of exams to coordinate all group assessments related functions from centralized office and to provide support to all sites of delivery assessment / administrative where necessary.
Educational requirements :
Degree or Diploma
Min 2 years experience working in an academic / exam office
MS office competent
Duties & responsibilities :
Assist in the coordination of all assessment functions
Assist and coordinate all assessment / certification audits in conjunction with QA / Academic / site of delivery management
To help provide support to all sites of delivery of assessment and administration
Support and liaison of results / certification module in the student management system
Involves taking on a super user role for the results / certification module and liaising with the IT department on the needs and requirements of the sites delivery.
Coordinate the compilation of group academic calendars and exam timetables
Provide support to the campuses on all general assessment related issues
