Formal Diploma or certificate in professional cookery / culinary arts needed.
Applicants must have 5 years + experience in pastry, preferably in a Restaurant environment.
Must have extensive experience in creating pastries and desserts.
Must be creative and passionate about food.
Ability to create and follow recipes essential.
Looking for someone with excellent plating abilities.
Must be able to work under extreme pressure in an a la carte food service environment.
Salary R 12000 15000 K CTC.
