The following requirements are essential for your CV to be considered :
Minimum A+ N+ or similar preferable
2-3 years experience as an IT Infrastructure support technician.
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) an advantage (current studies acceptable)
Windows 10 certification
Office 2016 / 2019 and Office 365 certification an advantage (current studies acceptable)
Drivers licence and own reliable transport essential
The role responsibilities include taking ownership of end user issues; responding to queries; providing telephonic and remote support;
trouble-shooting networks, systems, and applications issues to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational problems;
ensure connectivity and support users by providing training and advice. Escalate complex issues while retaining ownership of the issue until resolution.
This role is based in Menlyn and will suit an IT Support Technician or specialist who has a strong sense of accountability and urgency in resolving tech related issues.
