Our Food & Beverage Service Team are the final piece of the puzzle, they are sophisticated hosts with an instinctive ability to anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering a hospitality experience that goes above and beyond - creating memorable moments for our guests.
As Host / Hostess, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!
Tasks and responsibilities :
Welcome guest on arrival in restaurant and seats them.
To take bookings according to procedure & record them correctly
Control influx of guest into restaurant as well as the waiting / reservation control sheet
Liaise with guest & regularly do floor check
Help waiters with service if required
Deal with Christmas bookings
Guest relations-Resolves guest complaints
Ensure there are enough menus and wine lists at all times and that they are clean and tidy
Responsible for table allocations, reservation control sheet & liaise with waitron about specific info / requirements of guest, i.
e. VIP’s table reservations, request etc. Requirements :
Articulate and Able to communicate clearly be assertive and remain calm under pressure
Willing to work split shifts
Well groomed, neat and have excellent personal hygiene
Show Yes I Can!’ attitude
Highly motivated with outgoing, warm personality
Organized and have attention to detail
Familiar with F&B Micros would be an advantage
