Key responsibilities :

  • Receive faxes and incoming mail, including applications and additional documents
  • Sort mail according to set categories
  • Distribute mail and observe handover protocols
  • Attend to walk in applicants
  • Update mail management register
  • Maintain mail related documentation
  • Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Qualifications and other requirements :

  • Matric
  • 1 year experience in an Administration environment
  • Communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Skill
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
