The Sales Manager is responsible for building relationships with key clients in the mining and metals industry, identifying cross sell opportunities for new products, and managing a sales team.
Key activities :
Sales management - drive premium income across clients, achieve sales targets
Client portfolio management -
Identify client solutions based on a thorough understanding of clients' business and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement solutions.
Entrench client relationships and proactively expand products in existing customer base.
Relationship management - regular client visits, identify top 100 clients, manage highest levels of service.
Team management - lead a team of key account executives to excellence through coaching, mentoring and sales management activities.
Qualification and Experience required :
This role will suit a Sales Manager who has good product knowledge in the employee benefits industry, who is good at engaging with clients at an executive level and can lead a sales team to long term success.
