The client is in the online market space, and has a high growth trajectory.

The Sales Manager will :

  • be responsible for a team of 10
  • will need to be an effective manager
  • coaching and assessing individual performance through observation and measurement.
  • setting goals, performance targets and reviews across the team / department.
  • design and implement a strategic business plan for inbound sales across the business. Present sales, revenue, conversion and reports and realistic forecasts to the directors.
  • The Candidate :

    Extremely ambitious and a proven track record of success in a sales environment.

    High-flyer who has consistently performed at the best of their ability.

    Exceptional ability to coach and mentor a young team.

    Demonstrate understanding and experience of working within a fast-paced sales environment.

    Previous experience of sales reporting and effective pipeline management.

    Salary between R600 - R700k per annum plus bonus.
