Full responsibility of startup approval processSupervision of the Functional TestersCo-sign QA Reference samplesEnsure patrol inspections and tests are done at least 3 times per 8hrs shift and 4 times for 12-
hour shift.Provide all last off / first off samples.Complete mould start up form and approval of colours according to the colour chips / last off samplesMaking quality caution points and procedures in excel sheet as perEnsure all packing procedures are available on machines.
Review inspection reports and sign off dailyResponsible for all quality related issues in the factory at all timesCommunicate with other departments on test results and corrective actionsCommunication and adviseQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEMatricMin 6 years Advanced Quality Control experience in plastic.
