Join Visa : A Network Working for Everyone.Job Description and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for Senior Managers within our Solutions Architecture team with varying levels of experience and background to join our progressive team.

The candidate should be able to lead commercialization and technical solution sessions with Visa partners and clients, This role will be a member of the solutions architecture team that is responsible for driving the adoption and success of Visa solutions that enables our Fintechs and partners to launch card programs and issuance of new cards.

This client / partner experience-oriented role will be a unique combination of solutioning, technology architecture, hands on technical support and client / partner facing relationship.

This role will require a deep working knowledge of payments API technology, card processing solutions and card operations.

This role reports into Director, Digital Solutions, CEMEA.The candidate will direct the client and partners technology teams on solution design and lead deep-dive sessions to define user flows.

In addition, he / she must be highly collaborative, bring a structured approach to client engagement and documentation, employ moderation and facilitation skills, have a passion for payments, and have an ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The role will require leading complex solution discussions and will span multiple teams, projects, geographic locations, and time zones.

Visa is looking for self-starters that are thought leaders with a proven track-record of success in fast-paced payments technology environments with demanding timelines.

ResponsibilitiesBe the subject matter expert on Visas digital solutions to enable card issuance and processing solutions with partnersLead client workshops on Visas products and partner solutions that enable issuance of Visa credentialsHelp clients design solutions with the Visa and partner solutionsProgram manage the client implementationsDesign new solutions and improve current solutions in partnership with product ownerEnsure implementation by clients adhere minimum acceptable requirements and product strategyEnsure clients and partners implement the most optimal solutions using Visa and partner capabilitiesManage project pipeline, prioritization and driving client engagementsTrack progress on implementations and act as first line of support for product related issuesAble to identify relevant APIs based on client problems as well as explain in details how Visa s APIs functionStay abreast of trends in the payments, technology, business, identifying implications for Visa s Product & Solutions strategy and our clients businessesAdopt human-centered design thinking around how Visa can improve its customer experience across Visas product and solutions setsQualificationsHands on experience in API development and integrationExperience in designing solutions in payment services industry.

Experience implementing and enabling technology solutions with Neo banks / Digital bank is preferredExperience of working and in-depth understanding of e2e payment processing solutions across the payment life cycle is preferredMust have prior experience managing and delivering across multi-functional teamsExcellent Presentation skills.

Ability to communicate effectively at all levelsStrong cultural awareness and knowledge. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environmentAbility to express complex solutions in a simple way to business team and in technical details to technology teams.
